Our crew has a full schedule each and every day, so when we place you on the schedule, you are amongst quite a few others, and not just in your neighborhood. We service all of North Georgia, so we have to allow our crew the full day, up until 7:00pm to complete their daily list of deliveries and installs. If you do not receive your install by 7:00pm on your scheduled date, please contact us at the office or via email and we will get this resolved.

Once you place your order, we create an invoice in our system for you. We run our invoices through Quickbooks, so if you are placing your order over the phone, you can pay directly with the representative you're talking to. If you are sending in an order form, you will receive an invoice directly to your email, and you can pay directly through the link, or you can call the office to make your payment. We try to make it as convenient for you as possible.

Not at all! Our crew members are professionals and they have been doing this for over 20+ years. They can gauge your lawn and know exactly where to place the products, especially if you have old product there. If you have a specific location you're wanting the product to go, you can advise the representative when placing your order. We don't want you to have to miss a day of work just to accommodate our crew members. Trust that we got this!
